Snow Express Coach Timetable
NOTE: The coach will only pick up from booked passenger points. Coach departures will depend on loading.
The Snow Express service does not operate on Mondays.

Snow Express Conditions
Payment
Full payment must be made 24 hours prior to departure. Visa Card, MasterCard accepted. Cheque payments require 7 days clearance. All prices quoted include GST.
Equipment Bond
Thredbo requires a credit card imprint to be taken from all passengers before they are able to hire equipment.
Unaccompanied Minors (under 18 yo)
Parental or guardian authorisation will need to be signed prior to equipment hire. Forms can be acquired from Transborder Express.
Snow Conditions
Transborder Express takes no responsibility for snow conditions on the day of travel, nor the condition or availability of hire equipment.
Timetable Note
It is recommended that you be at the departure point 15 minutes prior to departure time, as the coach will be departing at the designated time. Perisher skiers, make sure you allow enough time to return to Bullocks Flat from the snowfields, as the coach will depart at 5.00pm sharp. Trains depart Blue Cow Terminal at 4.00pm and Perisher Valley at 4.12pm.
Bookings
Bookings are essential, as coaches will only pick up from the points where passengers are booked.
Transport
Transport will be provided in luxury coaches.
Cancellations
Tickets cannot be altered or exchanged less than 24 hours prior to departure time/date of the coach listed on the ticket. Any application to alter or exchange tickets must be made to Transborder Express.
If total bookings on the coach do not exceed 10 pax, Transborder Express will be forced to cancel the coach entitling you to a full refund or transfer of your booking.
Cancellation Fees
7 days prior to departure - Full refund
4-6 days prior to departure - 10% fee
1-3 days prior to departure - 50% fee
Less than 24 hours prior to departure - No refund
Refunds will be issued by cheque from Transborder Express (no cash refunds)
Terms and Conditions for 25% off ski/snowboard packages
- Passenger needs to have travelled with Transborder and paid the full package price 3 times to be eligible for the 25% discount on all future bookings during the 2011 snow season.
- Passenger needs to come into the Deane's Transit Group Depot, or make the booking over the phone.
- Payment must be made at the time of the booking.
- Passenger's ID will be checked by the driver upon departure.

Snow Unaccompanied Minor
If you are under 18 years of age and travelling without an adult you are required to fill in one of the parent/guardian equipment hire forms. The form is required at the time of equipment hire.
